Today is Tuesday. Not Monday, Tuesday. Hopefully if I keep saying Tuesday over and over, I'll stop thinking that it's Monday.
Because it isn't.
Anyway, would you like to take a peek at my minibook for this round of 30 Days of Lists?
Lately, I've been on a book-making kick. I've spent the last few weeks trimming, folding and binding (shop update is on the horizon!). As such, I decided to create my 30 Days of Lists book from scratch.
The cover is fashioned from a heavy-duty file folder. Originally, I was going to use pretty paper from my stash to cover the folder, but then I stumbled upon Amy Tangerine's Plus One line at my local craft store. On an impulse, I picked up the Project Life mini-kit (my friend Kristin carries it here), a few sheets of patterned paper and an awesome set of letter stickers.
I stitched some triangles from the patterned paper into a loose quilt pattern on the cover, then I used the letter stickers on a white shipping tag. The orange binder rings are from Staples.
During this round of 30 Days of Lists I want to keep the inside simple, so I'm using some 3x4 pocket pages from Simple Stories.
Are you playing along? If so, I'd love to see what you're working with :)
